In an effort to stop slacking and get with the digital times, here are links for just about everything that makes sense for us to get off our asses and join up for. So broaden your Severcell horizons with whatever website you're a member of below.

And also, as you know we've uploaded songs from the upcoming album onto our myspace for you to check out. However, we're trying to broaden the ReverbNation horizon so if you become a fan of ours on there you'll get to listen to a song only available there!!!

In case you didn't know what you're hearing on our site player is a few rough mixes of songs off of our upcoming album "Headcase" which is due out sometime next year. We have an all ages show on November 29th in Birmingham, AL @ Zydeco and we have advanced tickets for sale cheaper than you can get them at the door and we're running a promotion where you get free stuff with your order online at Severcell.com

Here's how it breaks down:

Package 1: $8 - 1 Advanced ticket and 1 Sticker
Package 2: $20 - 3 Advanced tickets, 1 Demo CD and 1 Sticker
Package 3: $30 - 5 Advanced tickets, 1 Demo CD, 1 Live CD and 5 Stickers

You're basically paying for the tickets and we're throwing in the cd's and stickers for free with your order. The tickets at the door are going to cost $10 the day of the show, and individually the cd's are priced at $5 and stickers at $2 so believe us when we say that this deal won't last long and it's only with the order of your tickets online.

So head over to our "Store" and pick yours up before they're gone. Each package is listed individually in our Online Store so pick the one you want and we'll ship it immediately!!!

We have wrapped up all recording and Brian is now mixing the album getting it ready! We've heard a couple rough mixes thus far and it is sounding amazing. We can't wait to share it with you to hear online!

This week we are wrapping up the recording stage of our debut album entitled "Headcase" which will be released later this year independently. We have decided on our cover artwork and will be needing a female Cellmate local to the Birmingham, Alabama area to be featured on the cover. The photo shoot will take place at a date and place to be determined later but will be local to the Birmingham metro area.

These are the requirements we are looking for in the Cellmate model for the cover art.

1)-Must be at least 18 years of age and willing to sign a waiver giving us permission to use her likeness for said album art.
2)-Must be local to Birmingham, AL or the surrounding metro area.
3)-Preference will be taken to an audition that has a strong metal likeness but we welcome all who have the want and attitude to be a part of this and will not oppose to the right person regardless of image.
4)-Must have recent photos (within the last month) to attach to the message/e-mail for review. If we receive an e-mail without photo attachments we cannot use for selection of the appropriate person.

So if this is you and you're interested shoot us a message here on myspace or e-mail us at severcell@severcell.com and make the subject "Headcase Album Art" so if it goes to our spam folder we'll see that subject. Please make sure to attach recent photos.

PLEASE KNOW!!! We will review every single submission, and while we only guarantee one person will be selected, we want everyone to know we appreciate every single submission and the interest in being a part of this monumental moment in our career and will be making the announcement at a later date on who has been selected.

On a sidenote, as stated, the recording is wrapping up this week and then it's on to mixing. We still don't have a date for release yet but it's coming quicker than your freshmen year lay!

Due to personal and creative differences Severcell and former bassist Mahan have parted ways. We wish Mahan the best in his future endeavors and wherever his path takes him we wish him nothing but the best. But we, as a band have to move forward without him.

So we want everyone to give a warm welcome to our new bassist Esteban. He is phenomenal at what he does and is the piece of the puzzle we need and we feel very confident he will bring a whole new level to the band. We look forward to working with Esteban and are 100% sure you will be amazed by his prowess behind the instrument.

His first show will be at the Nick on June 20th so be sure to get in there and let's show him how it goes and give him a warm welcome to the band, and cause some mayhem!

We are excited to say after the long wait, we now have new t-shirts available for sale in our online store. We just got them in today and have a VERY, very small limited quantity, they look great and hopefully we'll be able to have more designs soon.

As you know we're in the studio right now and recording and manufacturing is expensive, so if you got a few bucks to spare and want to help support us this would be a HUGE help!

Be sure to read our blog on the Myspace at www.myspace.com/severcellal for continuous information regarding the album. We're making good progress on it and if all goes well we're looking at possibly a May or June release. So check it out and let us know what you thinking. We have selected the album title and cover artwork and it is in the process of being made but is under wraps until we have it officially ready to show!
